Heesen Motor Yacht Life Saga For Sale

The 42.43 metre motor yacht Life Saga has been listed for sale by Alex Banning at SuperYachtsMonaco.

Designed by Azure Naval Architects, Life Saga was built in aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen to ABS class and delivered in 1994. In 2008, at Holland Jachtbouw, a significant hull extension rebuild took pace whereby the hull was removed and replaced from the guest cabins bulwark aft, including an entirely new engine room.

In 2012, another significant rebuild took place at Holland Jachtbouw, which included a complete paint job and interior refit. All of the superstructure aft of the wheelhouse and above the main deck saloon was removed and replaced with a redesigned and much larger full-beam skylounge, bridge deck aft and top deck.

Accommodation, in an interior designed by Stefano Pastrovich, is for 12 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite, two doubles and two twins. All cabins aboard this yacht for sale have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bedroom facilities.

The main deck saloon and dining area are comfortable and informal. A sliding door can separate the two areas, leaving the lounge area to remain open and connected with the aft deck and on to the bathing platform.

The full beam skylounge is relaxing and informal with a bar service area to port, a backgammon table and a relaxing sofa/television area. All aft doors open to the bridge deck and connect the two areas neatly.

Her top speed is 16 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,500 nautical miles at 11 knots. Power comes from two 1160hp MTU M704006V8 diesel engines. For added safety and comfort, she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.

Life Saga is asking €8,500,000 with VAT paid.
